Project Overview
Innovate For California is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting K–12 students, educators, and schools through educational programs, resources, and edtech tools. As the organization expanded its initiatives, its communications lacked a cohesive visual system, resulting in inconsistent branding and limited recognition across outreach materials. To address this challenge, I developed a unified visual identity that clarifies the organization’s message and strengthens its presence across print and digital platforms. The system establishes consistent typography, color usage, logo applications, and layout standards designed to improve readability, ADA accessibility, and visual coherence. By creating a structured brand framework, the new identity helps Innovate For California more effectively to recruit students, promote programs and resources, and connect with K–12 charter schools and community partners.

SOFTWARE: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Procreate, Figma, Notion
DELIVERABLES: Visual Identity, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Merchandise, Print Collateral
This page is currently under construction as the project remains in development. Additional applications and materials will be added as the visual identity system continues to be implemented and expanded. In the meantime, please review the case study linked below.
