Project Overview
The Equity Initiatives program at Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS) was developed to address disparities in education and employment outcomes for Black, Latino men and women of color. As the program prepared to reintroduce itself to the community, I was brought on to lead a brand refresh that would better reflect its mission and impact. The project included a redesigned logo and a visual identity to bring new energy and clarity to the program’s presence. Deliverables included print collateral (documents, signage, and stationery), branded merchandise (apparel and swag items), and a strategic marketing and social media plan. The result was a bold, empowering brand that communicates purpose, builds trust, and strengthens visibility within the community.

SOFTWARE: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva
DELIVERABLES: Logo Creation, Visual Identity, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Print Collateral
